Oracle is looking for a Customer Service Analyst 1 – Support to provide first-level technical and customer support for its Oracle Hospitality solutions. In this role, you will assist hotel customers by troubleshooting system issues, supporting hotel operations, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests through phone, email, and remote support tools. Requirements:

  • 0–2+ years of experience in IT support, hospitality systems support, or technical customer support.
  • Hands-on experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Oracle OPERA.
  • Understanding of hotel operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, housekeeping, and billing workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience supporting customers through phone, email, and remote support tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Visa or work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
